I’m an italian Self Standing Chef living and working in Amsterdam for 7 years.

Last summer I was the head chef of a Radio/Restaurant in the Westergas. I’ve been not just designing the whole menu recipes but also calculating the margins of profit based on the local suppliers, as well as training the sous chefs and taking care of HACCP quality control.

I have experience with starters, side dishes, main courses, desserts, pizzas, bread. I have a great perception of taste and I can quickly learn new recipes.

I’m immediately available to work, even with a contract.
