My name is Andrea, i'm an Italian Chef with years of experience in the Italian cuisines.I moved to Amsterdam 6 years ago, since then I have been working in luxury hotel with modern cuisine and very busy restaurant with an Italian concept.  In recent years I have understood how to use Italian cuisine in order to be totally appreciated by the Dutch public. I see my job as my passion,  I used to work in big teams with no less than 25 Chef, i have also experience with catering and i'm able to manage a kitchen and a team.
