Maar er komt meer bij kijken in ons vak. Je moet professioneel en kalm reageren als er sprake is van agressie of diefstal. Daarnaast is het belangrijk dat je stressbestendig bent, scherp bent in je toezicht en paraat om te reageren op onvoorziene omstandigheden.
